Prior to joining Zuora as CHRO in September 2020, Laura Robblee served as Chief People Officer at GoPro responsible for People, Places and Business Operations since May 2017 and Sr. Director of People from May 2015 to 2017. Previously, Laura held several human resources leadership roles at both Lithium Technologies and Electronic Arts since 2011. From 2006 to 2011, Laura served as an executive coach and leadership development consultant. Laura holds a master’s certificate in executive coaching from Royal Roads University in British Columbia, Canada, and a B.A. in Psychology and Communication from University of Colorado at Boulder.

Brett Biddington AM PhD

Brett Biddington is the Founder and Principal of Biddington Research Pty Ltd (BRPL), which is a Canberra-based consultancy that specialises in space and cyber security matters from policy, advocacy and national capacity development perspectives, including in education.

Brett is an independent Director of the Space Environment Research Centre (SERC) which is seeking ways to mitigate space debris proliferation through the use of ground-based lasers. He is also a director of Tyvak Australia Pty Ltd, a company that builds and operates small satellites. He has recently completed an engagement with the Centre for Defence Industry Capability promoting and facilitating the involvement of Australian companies in the supply chain of the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter project.

In 2019, he retired as a Director of the Institute for Regional Security (IFRS), a “think tank” that addresses the long-term national security challenges faced by Australia and the Asia Pacific region. IFRS has published reports that he has written or to which he has contributed about space, maritime domain awareness and cyber security.

He was responsible, on behalf of the Space Industry Association of Australia (SIAA), for organizing the 68th International Astronautical Congress, one of the world’s largest annual space conference (4,500 delegates), which was held in Adelaide in September 2017.

He is a past chair of the SIAA and sits on several advisory boards and committees concerned with the governance of Australia’s space and astronomy activities. Also, he is closely associated with the Victorian Space Science Education Centre (VSSEC) in Melbourne. See: www.vssec.vic.edu.au.

Between 2002 and 2009 he was a member of Cisco Systems’ global space team and prior to that he served in the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) for almost 23 years.

He was the senior intelligence officer and later the Provost Marshal (head of policing and security) of the RAAF before moving into capability development. There he sponsored a two billion dollars portfolio of projects in the command and control, intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance and electronic warfare domains. This included the Jindalee Over-the-horizon Radar Network (JORN) project and classified and unclassified space and cyber initiatives.

Brett was awarded a PhD from the University of New South Wales in 2019 for a thesis entitled, Space Security in the 21st Century: Roles, Responsibilities and Opportunities for Australia.

He holds an Adjunct Professorial appointment in the Security Research Institute at Edith Cowan University in Perth, Western Australia.

In June 2012 he was admitted as a Member of the Order of Australia (AM) for services to the Australian space sector.

Kevin specializes in high Customer Satisfaction, Information Technology, and Process Engineering Leadership to ensure the best possible healthcare for America’s heroes, our American Military and their families.

Kevin strengths are in business turnaround and business structuring for rapid profitable growth. Prior to his time with Tactical Rehabilitation, Inc, Kevin served as the Senior Vice President – Chief Operations Officer & Chief Engineering Officer for CCI Systems, Inc. where he led the turn-around and expansion of CCI System’s market into a Tier 1 & 2 Service Provider space.

Kevin retired from his VP role at Cisco where he served 24 years in numerous leadership positions. Those positions included Principal Liaison to the Humanitarian Sector and Cisco’s Humanitarian initiative through NetHope; Vice President and CTO Global Defense, Space and Security; and Vice President of Cisco’s World-Wide Channels Organization. During Kevin’s time at Cisco he led teams into eight new markets each growing to over $1B in annual sales, co-created Cisco TACOPS focused on the tactical response to communications needs during disasters around the globe and was deployed regularly around the globe, led the anti-counterfeit and anti-black/gray market efforts for Cisco, and spearheaded the creation and management of the Cisco Global Governmental Business Development Team which helped Public Sector Theater Teams expand markets and supported Defense Sales initiatives globally.

Kevin holds a Bachelor Degree in Information Systems and Operations Management from the University of Toledo. In his free time, Kevin continues to serve as an active-duty Mounted Law Enforcement Officer, Horse and Buffalo Rancher, and enjoys spending time with his family riding horses all over the country.
